Amber Grace was founded by Debbie and David Turner, parents of a daughter with Down Syndrome, who dreamed of creating the kind of community they longed for their own child. Named after their daughter, Amber, the community reflects their vision: a place where adults with IDD can live with dignity, independence, and belonging — supported by faith, family, and friendship.
